At The Careers Department, our mission is to help students discover their passions, understand their strengths, and provide them with real-world insights.

Students can’t pursue a career path they don’t know exists, so our program is designed to bridge that gap by exposing them to a variety of industries and empowering them to develop key skills that will give them confidence for future opportunities.

Students gain access to industry content, including videos, phone calls, and articles from young professionals, offering an authentic look into many industries and job roles. Beyond this, they can engage in hands-on activities such as virtual work experience, skills training tasks, and pre-made lessons, all developed alongside industry professionals.

We also recognise the vital role that both teachers and parents play in guiding students. Our platform equips teachers with the tools, resources, and up-to-date career information they need to inspire and personalise guidance. At the same time, we provide parents with the support and insights needed to actively participate in their child's career exploration and decision-making process.

By collaborating with educators, parents, and industry experts, we ensure that students have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive in the ever-changing world of work.
