Add Teacher Accounts

If you have Administrator access, you can add other teacher accounts individually or via bulk import.

To add a teacher individually, follow the below step-by-step guide or contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

Adding an individual teacher account

  1. Log in to your TCD account

  2. Select ‘Teacher View’

  3. In the navigation bar on the left hand side, select ‘Users’ > 'Teachers'

  4. On the right hand side of the screen, select '+ ADD NEW'


Adding bulk teacher accounts

  1. Log in to your TCD account

  2. Select ‘Teacher View’

  3. In the navigation bar on the left hand side, select ‘Users’ > 'Teachers'

  4. On the right hand side of the screen, select 'BULK IMPORT'

  5. Download the sample file for the required format
