"Unfortunately we cannot log you in as your school's account subscription is inactive."

Are you a student?

If you are a student and are shown this message while trying to login to your account which you have made through school, it means that your school does not have a current subscription to The Careers Department. You will not be able to continue until the issue is resolved.

  1. Notify your school: Tell your teacher that you would like to access The Careers Department and encourage them to provide an active subscription to The Careers Department.

  2. Purchase an individual licence: The Careers Department can be accessed by either having your school pay for your account, your parent, or you can pay for it yourself.

Are you a teacher?

If you have noticed students in your class are receiving this message, it means your schools subscription has lapsed. You have two options to resolve it:

  1. Reactivate your schools subscription: Contact The Careers Department and they will be able to quickly re-activate your subscription. Your invoice will be generated but you will not need to wait for it to be processed to regain access.

  2. Notify students: If you have any students who are wanting to continue using The Careers Department but your school is unable to fund the subscription, you may need to let them know that they can do this via an individual subscription.
