Are you a student?
There are a couple of possible reasons your may see this message.
Your school has removed you from their subscription: Your school may have an active subscription to The Careers Department, but they have decided to only fund access for certain students or year groups. If you know your school has a currently active active subscription and you see this message, it means that your account has been removed from the school. You can either ask your teacher to reactivate your account, or you can continue to access The Careers Department with an individual licence that you fund yourself.
Are you a teacher?
If you have noticed students in your class are receiving this message, it means this student has been marked as inactive and is no longer included within your schools subscription. You have two options to resolve it:
Reactivate the student's account: From your teacher account (Administrator level access required), you can reactivate the individual students account. See the guide here. Note - you will need to ensure you subscription has enough available accounts to do this.
Notify students: If you have any students who are wanting to continue using The Careers Department but your school is unable to fund the subscription for them, you may need to let them know that they can do this via an individual subscription.
